As part of its events for Rare Disease month, The Marigold Foundation has once again organised its Annual Fund Raising Dinner on 29 February 2020 in aid of The National Alliance for Rare Diseases Support – Malta. The lovely dinner hosted by Mrs Michelle Muscat, Chairperson of The Marigold Foundation and President and Founder of The National Alliance for Rare Diseases Support – Malta, was held at the Casino Maltese, Valletta.
The highlight of our Annual Fund Raising Dinner was to honour the people who have showed incredible interest in our work and contributed enormously to our cause: Profs. Josef Borg from the Malta Bio Bank, Dr. Alistair de Gaetano Legal and Policy Advisor Disability Sector, Mr. Chris Schembri from San Andrea School and Amanda and Manuel Degabriele members of Rare Diseases Malta.
Thank you for your trust in us and your ongoing support and hard work.
Through such fund raising efforts, The Marigold Foundation raises funds for The National Alliance for Rare Diseases Support – Malta whilst at the same time raising awareness about rare diseases and support for such conditions. We also encourage patients and carers of those suffering from a rare disease or condition to come forward and contact The National Alliance for Rare Diseases Support – Malta either through its website or Facebook page.
